Final still has bugs I reported in Beta 3, 4:
It prevents Windows XP SP2 Scandisk and PerfectDisk 2008 from running at boot.
The update event is not logged.
There were others but I’ve uninstalled.

IS 2009 detects "downloaded malware" but not the "downloader" itself which repeatedly tries to download the malware. IS 2009 detects and protects over and over. It’s annoying but you’re safe.

Two Suggestions
1. just two processes: "System" & "User". Kaspersky & ESET do this giving faster boot up and performance.
2. Avira’s submission follow-up page helps track submitted threats. Answer: We're aiming for that beginning of 2009.
